ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.03.2024 filed under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 and provide the information to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court and direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 3rd and the 2nd respondents for not providing petitioner the information under the Rights to Information Act.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of RTI Act before the first appellate authority and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall

be no order as to costs.
