Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to provide information in Na.Ka.No.1323/2024/M as per the petitioner's 1/4

application dated 29.04.2024 filed under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 within the time stipulated by this Court and direct the first respondent to take action against the third and the second respondent for not providing petitioner the information under the Right to Information Act.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to provide information on the petitioner's application dated 29.04.2024.

The petitioner sought for information before the third respondent. However, the third respondent by reply dated 28.05.2024 asked the petitioner to submit relevant details. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed appeal before the second respondent and thereafter, no action has been taken. Therefore, once again the petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent and it is pending in No.9311 of 2024. 2/4

Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and the the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the above said appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
