This petition is filed to condone the delay of 78 days in preferring the above revision.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice on behalf of the respondent police and he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
