O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2019.

2. The representation dated 17.07.2019 submitted by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Medical Council reveals that the petitioner raised the allegation of medical negligence, which resulted in the death of the her mother.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Medical Council submitted a copy of the order dated 12.12.2019 stating that the Medical Council had carefully and independently examined the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner and the explanation of Dr.B.Kumaravel and records submitted by him and resolved to drop the case against the Doctors.

4. In view of the decision taken by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council, no further consideration is required in respect of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is able to establish the medical negligence or

otherwise with reference to the documents and evidences available.
