Heard Mr. A.N.R. Jayaprathap, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. V. Kalayanaraman, Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. A. Thayaparan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First and Second Respondents to forthwith disburse the educational loan to the Petitioner to enable her to pursue the B.Sc., Nursing Degree, a four year course in Billroth College of Nursing, Maduravoyal, Chennai, by considering the loan application ID 435438 dated 28.02.2019 within a time limit. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, submits that a sum of Rs. 2,98,000/- has been sanctioned to the Petitioner towards educational loan to pursue B.Sc., Nursing Degree and the amount payable for the Second year of the said Course, viz., Rs.98,400/-, has been issued by way of Demand Draft, and that the father of the Petitioner has collected the same and acknowledged its receipt. Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents further states that the amounts to be disbursed for the Third and Fourth years would be paid directly to the Third Respondent when they fall due. 4.

Recording the said submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
