3.The grievance of the petitioner is that when similarly placed persons were all given promotion as Inspector of Police, no promotion was given to him. Though he made representation dated 10.01.2016 to the third respondent seeking promotion, till date they have not been considered. Therefore, he is before this Court.
4.A mere reading of the affidavit and the representation dated 10.01.2016, given by the petitioner, shows that he has not properly put forth his grievance and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also not properly expressed the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not able to follow as to the real grievance of the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
