ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 32820 of 2024.

This Court issued a statutory notice on 05.12.2025. However, the order copy was not dispatched. Hence there is no need for appearance of the respondents. In the meanwhile, the respondents complied the order passed by this Court and issued government order in G.O.(2D)No.215 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(l)) Department dated 26.12.2025. 3.

Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
