ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, an elected President of Boothur Village Panchayat is expressing his helplessness in not being able to do anything and approaching the Court for seeking disbursement of the Crop Relief Fund of Rs.3,99,600/- to 31 villagers in pursuance to the Loss Assessment Report made in Form 2A. The reason we say so is that this is an issue purely within the administrative domain and yet the elected representatives find themselves incapable of doing anything and then knock the doors of the Court. We say no more!

2. The learned Government Pleader states that the representation has been sent only on 15.02.2016 and he will look into the matter and the respondents will ensure that what is liable to be disbursed is so done within the maximum period of one month from today.

3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
