"In Arbitration Application No.235 of 2022, the applicant has requested this Court for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to measure and value the work done by the applicant.

2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner had filed his report.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant filed an objection to the Advocate Commissioner's report and the copy of the same is also served to the respondent. The respondent is directed to file a response to the said objection filed by the applicant on 17.04.2023.

4. Post the matter on 17.04.2023."

2. Subsequent to the above order, this matter is listed today. However, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.
