This application is filed to condone the delay of 2247 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant in the suit.

(ii).A.No.5819 of 2023:

This application is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant in the suit.

(iii).A.No.5820 of 2023:

This application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant ie. The Respondents 6 and 7 herein as Defendants 5 and 6 in the suit. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection in allowing these applications.
