This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent police to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.282 of 2010 on the file of the second respondent police to CBCID police or any other higher agency of the Tamil Nadu Police Department to further investigate in the above case.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that a closure report has been filed by the respondent police on 17.07.2011 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai.
