O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.05.2014 to the show cause notice dated 07.05.2014.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent issued a show cause notice dated 07.05.2014 for deduction of pensionary benefits, for which, the petitioner submitted his explanation dated 29.05.2014. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard the submission of Ms.N.R.Jasmine Padma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.S.Thamizharasi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. This Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's explanation dated 29.05.2014 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken by them to the petitioner.

5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
