ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.06.2025 and carry out the measurement of the land in survey Nos.520/5, and 520/12A. 2.Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2025 has not been considered by the respondents so far.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents after getting instructions would submit the respondents initiated the process and issued notice to the parties concerned and hence, seeks another eight weeks time complete the process.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.The submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is recorded. Hence, no further order is required.
