Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to To deletion of para 3-8(H), 8(J),8(K),8(L),8(M),8(O)(a),(b),(c),(g),(h),(i),(j),(l),(m),(n), (o) and 8 (P) made in Application No.5503/2017 in O.P.No.860/2016.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:

Application No.5503 of 2017 has been filed by the Petitioner to include Para 8 (A) to 8 (P) in O.P. No. 860 of 2017.

Application No.5829 of 2017 has been filed by the Petitioner to delete certain paragraphs 3 to 8 (H), 8 (J), 8 (K), 8 (L), 8 (M), 8 (O) (a) (b) (c) (g) (h) (i) (j) (l) (m) (n) (o) and 8 (P) in Application no.5503 of 2018 in O.P. No. 860 of 2016.

3. In order to simplify the amendment sought by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, he has withdrawn both the applications and he also made an endorsement to that effect and seeks liberty to file fresh application for amendment in the original petition. With such liberty, both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

Post the original petition on 14.11.2018.
