ORDER

The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs in the suit for partition and separate possession pending in O.S.No.114 of 2021 before the learned Additional District Judge-2 at Poonamallee, Thiruvallur. The petitioners now seek expeditious disposal of the said suit.

2. Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3. Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, notice to the respondents 1 to 3 is dispensed with.

4. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that though the pleadings are already completed and the suit is now in the trial stage, till date the said suit has not been disposed of and the same is kept pending for the past four years.

5. In view of the fact that the suit is of the year 2021, this Court directs the learned Additional District Judge-2, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur to expedite the trial in O.S.No.114 of 2021 and in any event, dispose of the same finally on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.03.2026, after hearing the parties.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
