Decree:This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal , the order of the Lower court and the material papers available in the case and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.R.Prasanan,Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.Murugamanickam, Senior Counsel for Mr.M.Sanjaiyan, Advocate for the first Respondent and this court while allowing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal doth order and decree as follows: i)that the marriage solemnized between them Appellant herein/Husband and the 1st Respondent herein/Wife on 10.03.1989 at Karamadai Aranganadar Koil, Coimbatore be and hereby is disolved;

ii)that the Judgment and decree dated 23.03.2017 made in H.M.O.P.No.304 of 2012 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore be and hereby is set aside; iii)that there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
