This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action against the complaint dated 10.10.2019 in accordance with law.

2 It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) that pursuant to the direction of this Court, a similar complaint, which was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry, under Section 156(3), came to be closed as a mistake of fact. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to direct the respondent to take further action on the subsequent complaint dated 10.10.2019, which is also said to be on the same cause of action.
