ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner for loss of the original Sale Deed dated 22.07.1994 registered as Doc.No.2046 of 1994 in the office of the SRO, Anna Nagar, in terms of the Circular Memorandum dated 01.04.2022 issued by the 1st Respondent.

2, The case of the petitioner is that on 27.01.2025, the original parent document bearing Doc.No.2046 of 1994 was taken away by one of the partner of the petitioner firm from his residence. Thereafter, the document could not be located. In this regard, the petitioner had already lodged a complaint with the second respondent on 05.03.2025 for issuance of non traceable certificate. But

till date the complaint of the petitioner has not been considered. Hence, the present petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.03.2025 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
