O R D E R

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Management that the petitioner is no more, having died on 19.08.2008. The learned counsel also produced the copy of the death certificate issued by the Corporation of Chennai.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Management, after the death of the petitioner whatever terminal benefits which are due to the petitioner had been settled and in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also present and not disputed the said fact.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
