This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to issue patta for the petitioner's house site situated in S.No.545/2, R.S.No.16, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai 600 062 by uploading the same in the petitioner's name by issuing computer patta to the petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case as prayed in this writ petition and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
