The prayer sought for the in the petition is to direct the Inspector of Police, 22 A Team, Central Crime Branch, Office of the Commissioner, Vepery, Chennai - 600 007 to take further action on the complaint dated 20.12.2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal heirs of the deceased have executed a sale deed, which was obtained by fraudulent methods.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed.
4. This Court is of the view that if at all the petitioner is of the view that the sale deed has been obtained by fraudulent methods, the proper remedy would be to approach the Civil Courts to have the sale deed set aside. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
