ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2025 on the file of the 3 rd respondent.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents regarding the arrest of the accused. However, no action has been taken to secure him, as he is a person of considerable power and influence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on 2/5

the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No.6 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. On completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai on 08.08. 2025.
