The petitioner herein has come up with this petition seeking modification of the order dated 20.09.2022 in CMP.No.11233 of 2022.

2. The petitioner herein seeks modification of the order on the ground that he is a retired conductor receiving pension and he is incapable depositing decreetal amount.

3. The petitioner before the court below has not examined himself as witness and has not filed any document in support of his defence. No modification is required and hence, this petition for modification is dismissed.
