ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the order of interim stay granted by this Court in WMP No.4128 of 2025 in WP.No.3729 of 2025 on 10.02.2025, has been violated and the 2nd respondent had challenged the physical features of the property.

2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent did not attempt to change the physical features and he had only taken steps to clean the drainage.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the order of interim stay pertained only to the patta proceedings.
