PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent to give suitable police protection to the petitioner and his family members and property. For Petitioner : No Appearance For R1 : Mr.S.Karthikeyan Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for seeking police protection on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein dated 03.10.2019.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint is pending on the file of the 1st respondent as canvassed by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the 1st respondent and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry after issuing notice to the respondents 2 and 3 herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
