[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notice dated 14.07.2025 [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. C. Prakasam, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the impugned notice was not readily available with the writ petitioner at the time of filing the writ petition and hence, the instant WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.30904 of 2025, which reads as follows:

It is respectfully submitted that the original impugned order passed by the 1st respondent is not readily available at the time of filing of this writ petition at Madras, but the xerox copy of the said impugned order passed by the 1st respondent is filed along with the typed set of papers ....'
