Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.63 of 2021, who has sought for recovery of possession, arrears of rent and other reliefs. The grievance of the revision petitioner is that despite pleadings having been completed, issues are yet to be framed and the delay is causing serious prejudice to the plaintiff who is the property owner, who has been deprived not only possession of the property but also the legitimate rents due to the same.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4. In view of the above, the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur is directed to frame issues within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2021 on merits and in accordance of law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
