Comp.A.No.349 of 2024 Comp.A.No.349 of 2024 K.KUMARESH BABU.J., This Company Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this Report on record, (b) To pass an order ratifying the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing Shri.V.Chandrasekaran, Senior Panel Counsel for representing the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras in CA Nos.317 to 322 of 2023.

(c) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay a sum of Rs.48,400/- including clerical expenses to Shri.V.Chandrasekaran, Senior Panel Counsel towards his professional fees along with clerical expenses for conducting the case in CA.Nos.317 to 322 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Court on behalf of the Official Liquidator;

(d) To pass an order permitting the Official Liquidator to pay the professional fees and clerical expenses of Rs.48,400/- from the common pool fund and (g) To pass such order/s as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
