The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo bearing Roc.No.1088/2009/T1 dated 18.03.2009. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that although the respondents had issued the charge memo on 18.03.2009 to which a detailed explanation was given on 20.04.2009, followed by submission of report by the enquiry officer on 12.03.2010 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's further explanation on 26.03.2010, the respondents have not come forward to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner was allowed to retire from service on 31.03.2010 on attaining the age of superannuation, the first respondent is directed to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
