A Full Bench of this Court in Arul Daniel and Ors. Vs. Suganya, 2022 SCC OnLine Mad 5435, held that in case, a party feels that he has been impleaded unnecessarily in Domestic Violence proceedings, his 1/3

remedy is to move an application for striking off his name from the array of the parties.

2. In the light of the clear and categorical view of the Full Bench of this Court, giving liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Omalur, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
