3. Mr.G.Derrick Sam, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. He submits that the copy of the petition and typedset of papers have not been served to him. In any event, he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copies to the respondent.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
