Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to measure the lands and fix a four boundaries and marks in the Survey number of the petitioner's properties in Survey No.81, 28, 3B, Patta No.1455, situate at Mattukukaran Putur, Pannapatti, Kadaiyambatti Taluk, Salem District as per direction of 2nd respondent within the time to be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is facing difficulties in surveying his land as per the directions of the second respondent and his land could not be surveyed.

This Court by its earlier order dated 10.10.2023 directed the respondents 3 and 4 to survey the petitioner's land in accordance with law and also to videograph the proceedings. As directed, the learned Additional 2/4

Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted the photographs and videographs and stated that the land of the petitioner has been surveyed in the presence of the petitioner and all the land owners of the four boundaries mentioned in the petitioner's land.

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is only to survey the writ petitioner's land and now the land has been surveyed. If still the petitioner has any grievance over the survey conducted by the respondents, he is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
