Crl.M.P.No.17088 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17088 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21110 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21110 of 2022 by order dated 20.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21110 of 2022 by an order dated 20.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
