O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 08.10.2015 within a time frame. 2.The petitioner gave a representation dated 08.10.2015 to the 1st respondent, however, the same has not yet been disposed of by the 1st respondent.

3.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
