This petition is filed to condone the delay of 92 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1,46,175/- in filing the appeal.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay is condoned. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
