For Petitioners : Mr.N.Manoharan (in both CRPs) COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the limited relief sought for in these revision, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2. The defendants in O.S.No.164 of 2016 have filed the present revision petitions. In C.R.P.No.4119 of 2025, the revision petitioners seek expeditious disposal of O.S.No.164 of 2016, which is pending before the First Additional District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi.

3. In C.R.P.No.4122 of 2025, the revision petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Tr.O.P.No.16 of 2025, which is pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi.

4. The suit in O.S.No.164 of 2016 was filed by the respondents as early as in the year 2016, seeking a declaration for various registered documents are null and void, along with other reliefs. The defendants have already filed their written statements, and trial has also commenced. Considering that the suit is of the year 2016 and has remained pending for a considerable period, I am inclined to dispose of these Civil Revision Petitions in the following manner:- (i) The learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi, is directed to take up the enquiry in Tr.O.P. No.16 of 2025 and dispose of the same on 4/6

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii) Subject to the outcome of the Transfer petition, either the First Additional District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi or the Transferee Court, as the case may be, shall proceed with the trial and dispose of O.S.No.164 of 2016 on or before 30.04.2026.

5. These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of.
