Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned panel of the upgraded Medical Officers in Ref.No.16989/E1/1/2015 dated 09.02.2016 on the file of the second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to prepare a fresh panel taking into account of the services rendered by the petitioners in the Panchayat Union Services.
