KARUPPAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Stay all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgement and decree in OS No 28 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Court Namakkal dated 28/04/2017 (in CMP.21716/2017) pending disposal of the above AS.685/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.

VARUN KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) Inasmuch as the suit is only for partition and interim order granted on 29.01.2018 is made absolute, post the appeal for final hearing on 04.06.2019 along with A.S.No.655 and 708 of 2017. It is made clear that the other proceedings shall go on as the interim stay is only with respect to the passing of final decree alone.
