ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2.The petitioner filed a statutory appeal before the first respondent, challenging the notice issued by the Corporation of Chennai. The statutory appeal was filed on 24 November 2014. According to the petitioner, the first respondent disposed of the statutory appeal on 13 January 2016. However, the copy of the order has not been furnished to the petitioner and the same resulted in filing this writ petition. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the copy of the order would be supplied to the petitioner, in case the first respondent has already disposed of the statutory appeal.

4.The first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order passed by him in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 24 November 2014, in case the appeal has already been disposed of. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
