The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise an industrial dispute before the concerned Labour Court, challenging the order dated 23.12.2022. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
