2. The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order directing the petitioner to appear for medical examination before the competent Government Hospital to check his medical fitness.

3. In the course of memo filed by the petitioner, the petitioner has 2/4

acceded to undergoing treatment for paranoid schizophrenia in the Schizophrenia Research Foundation and other medical facilities. He has been advised long term rehabilitation as well.

4. In light of the above, we are of the considered view that there is no necessity for reference to medical board, at least at this juncture. Memo dated 30.07.2025 is placed on record.
