The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the suit property is situated within the Sub-Registration District of Saidapet and Registration District of Chennai South and the entire cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. This application has been filed since the first defendant is residing in the United States of America (USA).
