The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.877 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 17.10.2024, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said H.M.O.P. The learned Subordinate Judge has sent a report dated 22.10.2024 stating that the H.M.O.P. was filed by the petitioner/husband for divorce. The petitioner has filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 for visitation rights of his child. Both the petitioner/husband and respondent/wife filed applications in I.A.No.4 of 2023 & I.A.No.3 of 2022, respectively for return of their articles. The learned Judge further states that all the aforesaid applications are also pending and hence, he requires six months time to dispose of the said applications and H.M.O.P.

3. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.877 of 2018, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2022 and I.A.No.4 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy 2/4

of this order.
