Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 07.02.2025 filed by the Petitioner and to cancel the erroneous patta No.3534 issued in the name of the 4th Respondent herein in respect of the lands measuring to an extent of 1/4

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd Respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 07.02.2025 filed by the Petitioner and to cancel the erroneous patta No.3534 issued in the name of the 4th Respondent herein in respect of the lands measuring to an extent of 0.30.50 Ares comprised in Old Survey No.150/15, New Survey No.150/41 situated at Devaiyur South Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Pemabalur District and to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, 2/4

the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
