O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to permit the petitioner to do work as Secretary in the third respondent Society. Learned counsel submits that the third respondent did not allow the petitioner to do work on the ground that the suo moto revision petition pending before the second respondent. Learned counsel further submits that this Court by order dated 01.08.2024 directed the third respondent to permit the petitioner to attend his duties as Secretary, in case he reports to duty. Thought the third respondent did not allow the petitioner to attend his duties immediately after order dated 01.08.2024, as and when this Court ordered appearance of the third respondent before this Court to initiate suo moto contempt proceedings against him for not implementing the order dated 01.08.2024. Thereafter, the third respondent allowed the petitioner to join the duties and accordingly, the petitioner attending to the duties from 16.08.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the first and second respondents and the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent on instructions submit that the petitioner is allowed to join duties and he is attending the duties from 16.08.2024 onwards. 2/4

3. In view of the fact that the relief sought in this writ petition is already granted, in our considered view, no further adjudication in this writ petition is required.

4. For the above said reasons, this Writ Petition is closed.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
