ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners from their initial dates of appointments till 01.06.2006 with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

2.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are appointed as Post Graduate Assistants and joined the duty in the year 2004 in various schools in the State of Tamil Nadu. Subsequently, the services of the petitioners were regularized https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with effect from 01.06.2006. However, the services of the petitioners were not regularized from the date of their initial appointment. The petitioners made representation to the respondent, but till date, the representation was not considered. Hence, the writ petition filed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the similar type of issue was dealt by this Court and also rendered finding in favour of the petitioner therein to regularize the services of initial appointment. He further submit that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.09.2019 submitted by the petitioners and to dispose of the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 4.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.09.2019 submitted by the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
