O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to consider his representation dated 03.09.2024 seeking issuance of patta in respect of the property comprised in S.No.1721 with an extent of 1040 sq.ft., in Door No.10, Panakkara Street, Walajah Taluk, Arakkonam Registration District, Vellore District.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property under a registered Document No.605/1998 on the file of 2/5

the SRO at Walajapet and she has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. He submitted various representations to the respondents seeking issuance of patta. The same has not been considered. The last of the representation was made by the petitioner on 03.09.2024 and the same has not been considered by the 4th respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2024 will be considered by the 4th respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
