Guruvareddiyur Highway Road to enable the petitioner, the general public and the farmers to have free ingress and egress to their properties and agricultural lands by within a period to be fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2023. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to lay a Tar Road from Vellithirupur at Guruvareddiyur, Illippili Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District till the junction of Vellithirpur-Guruvareddiyur Highway Road to enable the petitioner, the general public and the farmers to have free ingress and egress to their properties and agricultural lands within a period to be fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2023.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2023 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
