The sixth respondent has encroached the open pathway in Survey Nos.837 and 844 in Nagamangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, disturbing the ingress and egress of the petitioner. 2.

The learned Government Advocate states that the petitioner has been taken for enquiry and on completion of enquiry, necessary orders will be passed. In view of the above undertaking, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation 29.08.2023 within a period of four months, after giving due opportunity to the parties concerned. No costs.
