This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.24068 of 2022 on 10.10.2022 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
